This chapter was in-depth look at blogging. I am currently interning at the Fairfax County Republican Committee blog, and found a lot of this information helpful. It’s easy to write posts, but building a follow base, keeping up day-to-day, and understanding the intricacies of writing online are a step above just writing.

Chapter 1 went over the basics of how digital content works. I was happy to see Google Reader included, because I am a huge fan of the tool. The sections about writing HTML code were particularly interesting, and something that I definitely need to learn more about.
